So I've got a problem

I made a bong out of science supplies, now he being a tard leaves it out in the open so we think his parents took it. Now he says if they did he will blame it on me because I built it which is bull shit he wouldn't let me take it for the weekend so it should be considered his right? But I think I have convinced him to blame it on his down syndrome cousin.

I don't see why I should take the blame I made it for him and be stupid plus if he gets caught he gets a slap on the wrist I get my skis taken away. and he isn't actually down syndrome we just call him that because he just acts retarded.
