Cell phone help!

ok so today my phone froze so after a few minutes i poped out the battery and started it back up, but now it just stays at the verizon logo and never goes to the main menue. has this happened to any one else? if so how did you fix it?

its an lg vx5200
with verizon

i tried washing my vx5200 cause it was pretty dirty. i got i out of the washer and it didnt work anymore. i was soooooo pisseed

that happened to me!! i have verizon too with my samsung. it's happened twice before. and it never worked even a week after so i sent it back to verizon and they sent me a new one..

holy crap yeah the same thing happened to me haha yeah ill tell u how to fix it okay bring it outside and gently but it under the tire cause you dont want to break it and start your car and back the phone up onto it and leave it there for the night and in the morning it will be fixed
