i buttered easily with them even im skinny. they dont have to flex pretty much at all. you just gotta put your weight on tip/tail or your ski.

Alright, so I'm on Chronic Wides. Skis are new, so not that much give... that and I'm still new to skiing for this season, but a friend of mine helped me figure out that if you bend your knees forcing your skin to begin flexing and then really lean forward into the butter you'll get better results than if you were to just lean forward. It's a great way to begin practicing them.

with the right amount of force and not being a 14 year old kid who wieghts 100lbs you can butter any ski, its all about the amount of force and weight you throw at it

I have last years PEs and I've found them really stiff and hard to butter too. I'll have to try some of the tips here.Scared about snaping them though, thanks a lot ^ :(

its called sarcasm......
all skis butter
some skis are just stiffer than others
learn to flex on the heals and toes in the lift line
and then on the hill lean as hard as you want its almost imopssible to flip over nose or tail
