kinda depends some gogs are super rubbery frames and some are more stiff. either way i dont think it's a very big deal. might be better to do while they're warm though not like at the moutain after they've gotten real cold.

its not really a big deal, the companies will say not to change it cause it breaks the seal, which will cause it to fog up, but you should be alright if you change it like 6 times a year.
