This is a good price for the binders (assuming you can take the lifters off...can anyone CONFIRM?)...but if I get stuck paying $40 for shipping I could potentially find a better deal.
they fit fine, i mounted a pair of px12's w/ normal brakes onto those exact skis with no problem. they ride right up next to the sidewall but they dont seem like they will get hung up. if you really want to a very small bend will do the trick
damn that sucks i got 85.95 shipped, im trying to decide weither or not i regret this, haha i have no need for them, but it was a good deal lol so i had to, can never have to much ski stuff,
you don't need wide breaks to mount them on anything up to a 88 wast or so I have them on a pair of BC sprayers and they just bairly work, and you can mount them without the liffters you will just need to get new screws because the ones with the lifters are too long.
just got em on my ar6's the guy at the shop said.."no leave the risers on, we dont have short enough screws." and like an idiot i listened. now im gonna get em taken off, any idea wat size screw and where to get it?
its not like taking them off will make a huge difference. and the guy at the shop might have been telling the truth, i was planning on mounting up my px12's without the lifters but in our box of spare screws at work i only found 5 screws that would work and i needed 8 so i left the lifters on. i dont know the exact size you need but the lifters are 6mm tall so i would assume you need POSIDRIVE screws(normal phillips head ones might work but they come with posidrive screws) that are 6mm shorter than the long screws made to go with the lifters
well your an idot becuase you probably wont notice the difference with the risers on or not. and you won't beable to find the right screws and even if you do you will have to change where you mount them and since you think the risers will fuck you up you probably think that if your skis are not mounted true center you wont be able to spin.
So if i got some chronic wides, the brake should work on em... they have an 86 mm waist...Also, is it ok to mount em with the lifter on or should i try and ask if they have shorter screws at my shop?
I got a pair Too, I'm taking off the lifters and bending the brakes out to fit either some pocket rockets or public enemies. You just need shorter screws, Gotta love SAC.
