Goto www.polyzone.com. They have all kinds of different plastics that are used for puckboard including UHMW which is what is used on real boxes.

they make skate parts made out of that
like rollerblades
so they slide good

I ordered like Sani-Armour shit. Its like HDPE or is? I don't know. Anyways, it was $100 for a big sheet including shipping. I hope it works.

hey, i use uhmw(sp?) for sliding gloves for longboarding, they are supa slippery

OOoh or plastic lumber.  I think I've seen stuff like this, seems like it would slide OK.

I never ended up making a box out of it, it seemed like it dented easily and chipped. I can scrape out chunks with my finger nails. The order and delivery went well, although shipping was a hefty $90. So the money you save ordering basically comes back in shipping. Go with US plastics.

its uhmw and it stands for ultra high molecular weight, and its a type of plastic
