Mounting Invaders one forward one backward?

Would it be bad to mount one invader backward, one forward. Since they are totally symmetric, I know ou can mount them backward, but what about one forward one backward. I know this is a stupid question, but I jsut want to make sure so I don't fuck up my skis.
