Feeler: '05/06 Scratch fs

so basically I'm a poor college student, and I picked up a pair of 174 Rossi Scratch FS skis for a good deal (I got them off SAC) that doesn't change the fact that these skis retailed for about $550, and are still brand new in plastic. I would love to keep these, but for the right good offer, I will let these go, and be able to buy some gas and such for the holiday season. So yeah, they look exactly like the pic incluced, and come with a candide thovex "how to" dvd. let me know if you're interested.

no matter what ppl say about SAC, u shoud be able to sell them for w/e u want. if u wanna see 300 for them, then say it. im not trying to tell u wat to do, but that would still be a good deal for ppl. just cuz you got a really sick deal, doesnt mean that someone cant get a good deal as well, no matter if it isnt the same aas yours. they are currently on backcountry otlet for $337 shipped, so w/e that means to you...

You'll never get more then $200 for these skis on here.  I put a pair on ebay, and they only sold for $210 shipped (granted they ended on thanksgiving).

y should he get flamed for this? or are u talking about me? either way heisnt gonna screw over anyone (i would pressume) but he wants to get his fair share, so let him sell it as he wants

i personally find that to be a  very communist rule. people should be allowed to sell as they please. i dont want to call anyone out, but its his choice to selll as  he pleases. he as long as its legal.

alright here's the deal. i dont care if you can get them some other place for $5 (well actually I do cuz i'll buy a few pair) but my point is I am asking what I think to be reasonable and fair. If you show me a place where they're cheaper, then go there to buy them, and be happy with the deal you go and stay out of my thread. i'm not trying to rip anyone off.
If anyone would be willing to do $250+shipping, I'll sell to the first person that pays me. yes I need cash, but i'm not going to let these go unless I can make enough cash to make it worthwhile. So if you dont want to pay what I'm asking then thanks for looking, but have a nice day.

yes it is still a good deal based on how much they will cost elsewhere. the problem is that there is a formal warning on this forum specifically about SAC flipping. you say your not trying to rip anyone off, if that were true you would have no problem letting them go for the price you paid so that you could get your money back and somebody could take advantage of the SAC deal and actually ski them. its not that your asking price is too high its that what your doing is a bitch move and way too many people on this site will call you out on it(i believe the same goes for TGR). if you want to make a profit for doing absolutly nothing try ebay or pawn them off on a friend. if someone really wants these skis for that price its their choice but im suprised the mods havent deleted this thread already.

alright fine. let this die then, i still think this is bullshit. i havn't done anything wrong. I said straight up that i got them off SAC. i didn't lie, and i still asked a fair price. i'm not ripping someone off so long as i'm still asking a good fair and decent price. What i'm doing is no worse, if not better, than the people who get shit for free and then sell it on here. Ok so you won a raffle, or maybe a door prize and now you're looking to get money for doing nothing other than getting lucky. Well I got a good deal, and now looking to sell that item at a fair price. it's a good deal bottom line. If i had lied about where I got the skis, and then asked retail for them, then i would understand people bitching about it.

I'm gonna let this thread die, but PM me if you're interested i guess.
