a week ago me and a freeind tried to ski on snow fence and my edges had been cracked from last season so i went down the roll in and the cracked spot caught and rips probs like 4-6 inches down the ski. FUCK! so now im trying to fix it. i cut the edge off and now there is only a small part sticking up. should i cut the rest so it is flat, but also take off more edge, or should/could i put a small flat headed screw into the bottom of my ski next to the edge to hold it down?
haha figures they are dynastar's... the edge on my crichtons did the same thing after only 3 months of skiing on them. just cut the edge off so it doesn't stick out anymore and bang it with a hammer a little bit, mine hasn't come out anymore and they've been beat on since then... but yea, they suck to ride on after that, no edge= no control in icey conditions...
