Binding adjustment

I'm no pro with bindings adjustment so I need your help. My new boots are 4 mm longer than my old ones. From my guesswork I moved the heel back 8 clicks, does that sound at all right?

aight ended up goin 10 clicks back with my newer bindings (rossi power 140s) i'm just scared to make it too tight and break the bindings cuz I think that's what happened to me last year

Adjust it so the screw is flush with the heelplate at the top.  If it's sticking out they're too loose, if it's in they're too tight.

sweet thanks. it's kinda a weird angled back though so what exactly should it be flush with... should it be flush like if you're lookin straight down from the top where it's cut out around the hole?

Yeah, it's pretty easy. I had to get my skis remounted since the screw was sticking out too much and it was at the smallest size already.

Make sure when you check the screws for forward pressure, you're boot is clicked in. It's better to have the screw barely out than slightly in, like less than a milimeter. You can fine adjust it with your screw driver when you're boots are in, but pop the boots out and click them back in a few times, while making sure the screws are flush/almost flush, so nothing is wrong.

It should be flush with the inner plastic, the part above the u shaped thing.

my s912's are mounted for size 30 ski boots. i need new boots and will now be wearing a 31. will be s912's be adjustable?
i think theyll adjust them for free at my ski shop

well u can do it yourself prob if its only a size really dependson how many mm tho and how ur shop set them up, for movement + - or both. but sallys have a little lever that u lift up with a flat head that lets the heel piece slide
