Cork or Bio

Man I'm having a tough time figuring this out.

Basically I have been practicing on the tramp, what I'm doing right now is dropping my right shoulder down and throwing my left shoulder down and across to the right(kind front flip like), I'm getting totally off axis but aint sure if it's cork.

Now when I try what i believe to be cork.

Throwing my left right shoulder straight back and lookin hard right while dropping left shoulder I totally go flying all over the place.

Any suggestions on how in the hell I can get this to land, I keep flying back far and to the right.

as with any tramp trick you need to make sure you get way up in the air before you throw the trick, that way you wont fly all over the place.

i couldnt understand your second "cork" description but your "bio" description sounds like a misty.

ok - a cork is an uphill off axis spin (your skis are downhill, your head is uphill), a bio is the oposite (a downhill cork if you will - where your head is downhill and your skis are uphill).

a bio and misty can look similar, but a bio is spun and a misty is flipped (but does not have to go completely inverted). unless it's a rodeo, that's completely different.
