Would there be anything wrong with these fks bindings?

i bought these the other day thinking of putting them on my 07 stl's. can you see any potential problems in using them because they are a few years old? they have upward release on the toe and the din goes to 14.

those are dope. they seem pretty solid to me. like they havent really changed the fks in years

ya they just have them mounted on it at the shop but you can take it off.

The heelpieces are the same, and I've heard that toe piece is better then the ones they use nowadays.

good binding, only thing is the toepiece may have only 3 screws, which makes ripout more common, but i wouldnt worry about it.

actually, the heelpeice has one major change. i have a couple pairs that look JUST like that. the way they attach at baseplate, they curve inward. on the newer ones, the "rods" rivet onto the slide of the binding plate. thats it.

oh, duh. the newer model is supposed to have better energy transfer. but i have a feeling its minor.

they were under a shelf at a ski store that was going out of business and i picked em up and asked the guy how much they were and he said you can have those things for 10 bucks. so i gave him a 10 dolla bill and now they are mine.

the only thing you might have a issue with is that some of the older models have a 3 screw system instead of 4 screws. Those also have a lower end toe piece, but for 10 bucks you cant go wrong

Back heel piece has alot of plastic. The turntable connect is a plastic connect, could be an issue down the road. I have a similar pair if neone is intereseted.
