i was talkin to my local volkl rep and he's pretty honest. but he was pretty stoked about them. but if i were you and your skiing some epic shit i'd go gotama. there wider but they're supposed to kill

You can definitely do better than Mantras.  Those have too much shape and are an old person ski.  Check out the Gotamas, and get a pair of last year's if you can find them.

have a pair of gotamas myself and love them, but have heard good things about the mantras.

mantras are sick but they have pretty much no tail, so if youre planning on riding switch look elsewhere
