yeah, you can see grass under it right now. if you aired it to that grass/rocks, it would be a solid 35-40 ft. maybe 15ft or so in march or april at full snowpack, but def. not in jan.
it's sketchy because of the actual "diving board". There isn't enough snow on it and the run into it, it's a big jagged rock and you're skis will most likely catch a shark, and send you on one nice fall
its not too sketchy at all in jan. usually. ^ and i'm not saying the cliff is that big, i just said that right now if you wanted to not land on any rocks or other shit right now, thats about how big you would have to go.
when i saw it i february it was only like 8. but in january it wold be a little more, like 10, its right under the lift, and you cant miss it, its weird shaped....and i think its more of a rock than a cliff? srry i dont have a pic
yea i hit it last february and it was about 10-15 ft. you get a lot of horizontal distance though. its a must hit cliff at alta if your into cliffs. especially cause the people on the chairlift get into it aswell
