DIN= how much force it takes for you to eject out of your bindings. the higher the din, the more the force. most kidsbindings only go to like 4. normal bindings usually go from between 3 to 11ish.

I believe your question was answered. The numbers on your bindings represent the din. The higher the din, the more force it will require to release. PM me if you are being serious and need some more explanation.
