Alright, I ski around 65% park and the rest all mtn. I'm 5'11 and 140, which would be the better bet for me? And for bindings, would the scratch 120 or salomon z12 be better? I've heard good things about the z.

though your not very heavy for your size your still big so go for the scratch. better for what you want by far. anyone could tell you that and foils are exactly what your looking for.

Would either pair hold up better on rails?

I have not ridden this year's FS WRS, but both pairs of scratch FS's I've owned in the past have been money. Everything I want in a park that allows me to ride some all mountain too. Of course you're going to get some chatter at high speed and ice.. but remember you want a park ski not a stiff carving ski,
Never had an edge problem with them either. The edges simply just grind down with maybe a very slight chip occaisionally. Never had one flat out crack or rip out.
Foils are a good ski from what I hear too, but personally I'm a rossi guy. They make sick skis and sick bindings. Boots on the other hand... i'll give that to salomon.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other. I prefered the Foil (on my 2nd pair now). I like the Rossi too though. I felt the Foild did a little better out of the park than the Rossi, but it wasn't a huge difference. Where you mount them could make a bigger difference.

from what i have heard, they will both hold up great on rails. but as for as a ski goes for you, the foil was originaly designed for park, but turned out to be a kickass all mtn. ski (dont get me wrong the foil is still a sick park ski), but the scratch is your better bet.

scratch ski. and the z is a superrrrrr light binding. deffinetly go with that since the wrs is light as it is, it will be even sicker with a light binding

Defintely go for the scratch 120... I'm pretty much the same size.. only a little more extreme (6'0 130lbs) I use Rossignol axial 120's which are the exact same binding I believe... only without the scratch paintjob...

I love my foils and sugest you get them, but I haven't riden scratches yet so I can't say what is better. For bindings tho, without a doubt get the z12's. They were already wicked light, and salomon remade them to be bombproof. It's one of the lightest and strongest jib bindings you can get.

personally i prefer Foils. althought the scratch is a great ski, i like the width of the foil. the new z binding is awesome too. definitely go with that setup.
