1080 thrusters

ok so i have 1080 thrusters and i am used to skiing in the east coast, but for christmas i am going over to whistler, could i use the 1080 thruster in powder, or should would a fat ski be alot better!

when u go out there, if u are going to be skiing more powder and u think that u are going to need/would have more fun on bigger skis, just rent man. that way u dont have to worry about shipping your skis and stuff and u get to use skis that arent yours. siick.

but one more thing the thrusters wont sink they will be able to float on the powder right?
