This is going to be a bit harsh, but I'm sick of this shit and I think it needs to be said so here goes shit:
People come on here, a skiing site with well over 80000 members, a shit-ton of amazingly useful information, a lot of cool people willing to help you with your problems, and a lot of great skiing media to keep us midwesterners connected to the skiing world, and these assholes have the nerve to start ranting about how we should all use the search bar, mods need to do more, etc etc. Its fuckin bullshit. Take your head out of your ass and think for a second. NS is an amazing website, ran by chill people who are constantly working to make it better. The fact that anybody has the nerve to complain about that is amazing. Just be greatful you have such a sick site behind such a great sport. I cant tell you how many legit recomendations have been put into the next update. Just remember that its freeskiings online community. If you want to post a thread, do it even though its likely been done before. If your a noob, god bless and have fun, if your a mod or a dude in red you guys rock, if your bitching about the fine points of one of the most impressive online communties then go blow it out your ass. Statement closed.

uh, dude, check the search bar before you rant like this. The reason there is a search bar is to get rid of/stop every kid from asking the same damn question over and over agian. There are already ten million threads about the damn search bar pissed off people. JEA JEA JEA BIOTCH!!!!

while you have an argument, it gets super annoying when people make 100 million threads asking if they should buy 1080 boots, or what ski to get that can do everything, or what kinda bindings to get, etc. all these topics have been covered by numerous lengthly threads so a new one just takes up space, if people bump old threads and people keep adding info to those original threads it puts all the input into jus that thread, instead of a million threads that have a few insightful comments followed by "USE THE SEARCHBAR NOOB!"

Sometimes thats true, like if you are askin if a certain product is good or not, but sometimes there are other circumstances. Like if a person wants to know if the invaders would be too soft for their type of skiing or something like that, then its different.
