Pictures loading really slow on Firefox

is this happening to anybody? Pictures load really slow, i mean everything else works fine, even like flash games and stuff, just pictures. My computer offline works fine too. Any help?

like yesterday, but i just d/l alot of microsoft stuff off of thepiratebay, and my virus detecter picked up no viruses

k ill try that, i mean like the thread lists and stuff on NS work mad fast, but like when i miage search, the pics take mad slow... all the text is there, just not the pictures

it didnt help a bit, it took longer for NS to load, and 32 seconds for an image search of "Ski" on yahoo.com
