Unfortunately it is the insurance companies that usually set those restrictions. If a mountain agress to not allow inverts in order to get an insurance policy, and then the insurance company finds out that they are allowing it anyway... then the mountain could be forced to close.
A competition may be able to overlook this restriction if it is seperatly insured.
I can find out more regarding our complete policy on iverts and get back to you.

For those of you who were intersted. We will be starting the freerid coaches trainin this week at MC. Since we have snow we will try and do a lot of the training out on the slopes. PM or Email me if you want to get in on this weeks training. If not, next week will be the last chance before the program starts.
