I am pretty sold on some liberty sb180's but I need to know who has ridden them and how they are. I am 6'2" and 190 and ride about 80% park and 20% pow and cliffs.

the only thing you need to be careful about is their durability. In past years they have had the tendancy to delam after a while. Performace is good up until that point.

The new SB's are actually really nice. The construction is much better then it has been in years.

Are they good for a lot of park. And some competitions.

Absolutely. The new construction is great and not only will it ski park well. but it will ski all mountain as well.
If you want a deal with bindings let me know and I will see what I can do for.

Anybody remember that video of that guy snapping a pair of liberties in half? Twice? That was pretty funny.

i've been skiing liberties for awhile now... i had a pair from 2 seasons ago that broke. they warrantied them no problem.
I have the sb 170s. i really like them... read my review. but i find them pretty heavy for park. maybe as a stronger guy you'll be ok but i use them for all mtn, which they are good for. surprisingly good on groomers too, for a big ski.
and i have this year's kgb's in 170. theyre mad poppy and feel very durable. i'm still getting used to the fact that theyre centre mounted so i cant really tell how well they ski. but so far so good.

I have a pair sitting right next to me, haven't had the chance to take them out yet. But the customer service I have recieved from Liberty over the past years would be make purchase another pair of their skis.

If your talking about the SB's that Huckasorass is selling, it's a no brainer. Those are uber cheap, and 07's which they made different this yur

it's still a pain in the ass to return broken skis, get new ones, and get em mounted again... it'd be better if it didn't happen in the first place. but, true, good customer service is clutch.
