once the picture is somewhere online right click on the image, go to properties, the ctrl-c the address. When you post it do [img]ctrl-v[/img]

exactly. just make sure that the url adress starts with "http://" and ends with ".jpg" sometimes your browser will copy some extra shit that won't work.
