so im looking to get a good camera for myself. ive found good deals on the sony vx2100 and hdr-fx1. im leaning towards the hd camera right now, but a little bit skeptical because i may have to down-convert from hd as well as the heightened cost of accesories for the hd camera. anyone have any opinions on either camera?

HD wont matter unless you have the right software on ur computer.You need a certain something to get the HD quality,otherwise it will just look like a plain old 3ccd quality and not 3ccd HD.Ide suggest the Vx2100,I have it and its great.Make sure the site is legit tho.Alot of site will sell them for mad cheap but they wont be legit and u will have missing parts.If you have the money go for a DVX300 tho.

i use the HDR-fx1 and its sick! Would reccomend it for sure!
