so i was watching some pga golf on womens tsn today (figure that one out) and it was her big day, youve all prolly heard about it, but she really did have a great round, she is actually at the same skill level as half the PGA cardholders. incredible...her average drive is the same as her playing partners today. i hope she wins...

the only gripe i have is that she didnt have to qualify like most newcommers to a pga event do. she got in on a sponsores exemption, as do the former tour winners and whatnot. if shes comming on as a new entry, she should have to qualify.

^ no she doesn't. yeah she is the best women golfer in the world, but from womens tees. she has never played in a real pga tour event from the mens tees, and she got raped. she finished 96th today, missed the cut by 26 people

I say props to her. Imagine how great the pressure was on her, this has been the most hyped up golf tournament because of Annika. She hung in there and did a damn good job in my opinion considering the circumstances. Personally, I think if she stayed on the mens tour she wouldn't be a consistent top 10 placer, but would make the cut consistently. I think it was cool a woman competed with the guys, it just brought womans sports to the next level.
