Invaders are a soft as fuck, symetrical, park specific ski. They wont exactly kill the whole mountian, in fact the mountian would most likely kill them. Chronics are more of an all mtn sidecut, and they have a bit more backbone to em, so they will work better all over.

chronics are stiffer, have an all-mountain/park sidecut, and aren't center mounted which means they will be a lot better if you plan on being outside the park as much i wouldn't go with invaders unless you were doing 70% park 30 percent all mountain or more, however the chronic blends look sick i'm thinking about picking up a pair it's a ski made for turning the entire mountain into a park

i dont think you need the wides, especially if ur on the east. i have the regs and they are dope all mtn, wouldnt go any wider, especially if ur riding park

whats wrong with wider skis when riding park, wouldn't that be better to grind rails with and easily to land things?

it all depends, if you want one ski that rips both park and the rest of the mountain or something that's really stable for big hits, go wide, if you're east coast and more park oriented, the normal chrons would work well, but the wides will still be sick. wide is slightly easier on rails cause it's easier to lock on cause you have more ski on the rail. both sick skis, can't really go wrong with either.
