Alright, so, this is just an idea that I have right now, but I would be willing to do it if my parents are alright with it.
When I get back from university Dec 20, I am going to try and make it up to Blue Mountain as much as I can before I go back to school Jan 9. Depending on how many seats are in the car I would be willing to drive a newschooler up to Blue. I would prefer going in the mornings from 9-4:30 or depending on how I feel and if I feel comfortable enough driving at night, 12:30-10pm. Or maybe even the whole day...I don't know.
I live in Toronto just above the 401, on Sheppard between Bayview and Leslie to be precise, and I would be willing to pick up anyone in Toronto above Eglinton between the DVP and Avenue road. If you live below Eglinton then hoof it or get on the TTC to Eglinton station and I would meet you there.
This means leaving at like 7am to get to Blue around 9am...first tracks people...
Also, if you live along the 400 or on the way there I would be able to pick you up if you aren't too far off the beaten path.
I would only ask you to give me 10 bucks for gas or buy me a decent lunch for 10 bucks or under. And to not be a dirty hippy in my car. Although I don't mind if you smoke, but pot has to be smoked outside because after all this is my moms car and thanks for the offer, but I can't smoke and drive, some people can do it, but I can't; my ADD kicks into overdrive and before you know it we're in a high speed spin at 100km/h.
I don't have a roof rack so the skis may be hanging out the back truck because I may have two other snowboards to fit in there and my own skis. Don't worry, they will be held down well with bungy cords and intestines. Or if i can find room inside the car...depending on how many people.
For those 5x7 people your passes are useless during this time. Check the blue mountain website. Yea, the truth hurts. Just letting you know in advance.
Also, if you live in collingwood and you're planning to run away from home then I can give you a ride to Toronto to start your exciting career in pan handling. I will show you the areas of Toronto where the profit margins are huge.
At the end of the day when it is time to leave all I ask is for you to be on time; that is if we plan not to ski together because you may want to spend the whole time in the park, and to be honest that isn't my scene. Having a cell phone would be helpful so that I can give you a final warning before I leave you there.
Oh yea, and if you are afraid of me because of the posts that you have seen me write, don't worry. I am not like this in real life. I only say the shit on the internet that I think in real life. I can't take the internet seriously.
So yea, this isn't for sure yet, because the parents get the final word, but It is an idea that I am going to propose to them and if its a yes, then I will let you all know.
If you got any questions or concerns let me know.
Questions being, "Would you want to go to moonstone instead?"
The Answer being "No"
Concerns being "Will you cut my body up into peices at a rest area?"
The Answer being "No"
