i like longer more cause it feels more stable when landing and u can do bigger nose/tail presses...plus since swing wait is pretty low on most skis these days it normally wont be much harder to spin and if it is then learn to carve of the lip (should learn that no matter what anyway cause it looks way sicker!)
basically if u have a shorty ski than it is easier to spin/do tricks...but if u ahvea longer ski it will look better and u can use it more places..but if u just ski the park adn u dont do anythign else than get a shorter ski..but if u ski everything than u should get a mideun sized ski..not to short and not to long!
yeah man, your my height, and 157 chrons are a bit short. Since your startine, go the 167..it will be about your height..and since its Adanac..centre mount..no pow pow here lol
go longer. im 5'10", 150 lbs. my park skis are 186s. not saying you should go THAT big, but definatly head hight or a tad bigger. you loose SOO much effective edge with the twintip, and the turn in is reduced so much due to centermounting, that a longer ski is required to get the same kind of performance youd get out of a normal ski.
