It's official! Sugarloaf/USA is open for the 2006-07 season! We've been cranking out snow like crazy, and we just sent gold medalist Seth Wescott down for the first run of the season, making Sugarloaf only resort in New England currently open for the season.
The recent cold temperatures, combined with all of our new, low-energy snow guns allowed us to crank out a whole bunch of fresh in the past few days, and we got the SuperQuad turning at about 2.
We'll have the quad fired up again tomorrow morning, servicing 3 miles and nearly 2,000 vertical feet of skiing and riding on Tote Road.
