Ya EVO was alittle slow in shipping my POW gloves to me this year!!! It took almost a week in a half to ship from Auburn to Snohomish.

I diaagree. When I have dealt with them they have been awesome. Super friendly and helpful. They also shipped my stuff out super quick. I don't see the point of coming on to this website and and making claims like that for no reason. That is just your experience. Don't make some overarching claim like that and I bet if you called them up to tell them you had problems they would try and fix it the best they could.

you really should explain exactly what the problem you had with them was...

ok... so evo has had my skis for 2 weeks now. i took them in to get the bindings fixed/warrentied because the brake ripped off. stupid looks! well i left my skis there because the warrenty guy wasn't in that day. left my contact info taped on them and the guy said he'd put im at the warrenty guy's desk and he would call me two days later (the next day was thanks giving)
well its been two weeks now. i haven't gotten any call from this matt guy. i've called three times to talk to him. he wasn't there 2 times and i was givin his email address. i sent him an email and got no response. so i called a third time today. sweet! hes there!.... but on the phone, the chick says she'll have him call me. i wait and wait and then leave for work. phone never wrang. so now i go to send him another email and now the emails are bounching back from that address!!! WTF?!?!?!!?!? how hard is it to call somebody to tell them what the fuck is going on with their skis?!?!?!!? im really getting pissed.
EVEN STURTEVANTS HAS BETTER SERVICE THAN THIS!!!! you just have to put up with them saying... "oh look at his skis... he does rails and jumps..." this fucking sucks

I feel you my friend. REI took care of my situation in 3 days and I got multiple calls before things were mounted up just in case.

Kevin, I would say drive there today or tomorrow and just pick up the skis and take them to Sturts. Let them know you're dissappointment in their service.

but grant said that sturts probably wouldn't warrenty them since i bought them at evo. im going to call them again today. and yell at them. which is too bad cause the ashley chick that usually answers the phone seems like a nice person. its this matt guy that needs to get fired or get a fucking reality check.

it's a manufacturer issue, not a shop one. if the manufacturer will warranty it you can send it in through whoever you want.

sucks to be YOU!
maybe you should just learn to not fall on your ass and break your bindings. I've never broken any bindings, my 1260s have demo bindings on them for christs sake.

i've had my s912 for a few years now without any problems
and just because i said you "have some meat on you" (compaired to Rob) doesn't mean you don't weigh anything.
