that set up is dope the feature on the left is pretty progressive looks fun. ima see if i can roll on by maybe cheer on stinkypoodangle if hes not claiming up there ^.
The set up is sweet. It's a brand new rail/box stairset feature that has never been hit before. They blew a ton of snow last night too and it's only $10.
sean collin won with a 270 on sw up 270 out on the box. jordon sphor did a 450on 270 out and got 3rd(pretty sure he should have won). ty dayberry did a steezy sw on 450 out and got 4th. i dont remember who got 2nd. other highlights include TJ attempting 270 disasters (ouch!) and some kid from south shore spinning like 720 disasters and tapping the box to each shit.
they should have either done a jam format or put the best two scores together to make it more legit. also they should have had a cash purse cause pretty much all the kids that placed didnt need new skis and would have liked money instead. 10 bucks to enter, they could have done a winner takes all or something like that, cause there were a ton of kids. pretty fun set up, overall a good time. thank god for skier judged cause i guess the snowboard judges were clueless about ski tricks
just realized this didnt make sence..... everyone got 2 runs and they took the best score from each run. i think it would have been better if they averaged the scores because then it is based on consistency
the feature was kinda messed up, the higher flat box was curved to the left and the lower flat box with the little handrails was tilted to the right, I think it was just because they set it up on soft ground with no snow and parts of the feature moved...
It will be fun once they get that thing up the mountain, and what was the deal with covering the stairs???
