Custom painted boots?

I was just thinking about it...how would one go about it? And would it be cool? I think if you had any artistic talent whatsoever you might be able to make some dope designs.

i painted mine something fierce...one white with purple buckles and the other purple with white buckles. theyre downright beautiful, even if most of the paint has already chipped off.

i used some regular krylon spraypaint, did like 3 or 4 coats on them. the paint on the buckles is holding up really well, but its chipping pretty bad on the plastic. but it looks rad anyway.
