Replying to I'm screwed

I've fucked up my hardrive on my macbook for the 2nd time in two months.  In my first incident it happened over time, too much bouncing around, and apple fixed it for free.  Now that I've screwed it again I don't know if they'll fix it for free.  I'm under apple care and the 1 yr warranty still applies for my computer.  What do I tell apple store-the truth?  What are some lies that will suffice after the technicians take a look? Please help me out!
