i remounted my skis and I had know problems afterwards, they were exactly the same as before. doubt they damage your skis unless you remount them heaps

if they remounted too close to the old holes, then they could easily rip out.
what kind of damage happened?

1) remounting once...no big deal. same as new ski
2) remounting twice...as long as a couple holes line up (which they usually do) you're fine...
3) remounting 3 times, hopefully some holes line up, if not, plug them with epoxy, NOT PLASTIC SKI PLUGS.
4) remounting 4 times...swiss cheese. stay away!

Go for it. Just dont drill through the base otherwise your screwed. Put some glue in the predrilled holes.

ye i wouldnt remount more that once and make sure u get it done properly
make certain the guy is using the proper jig and all holes are plugged properly, plastic works but epox is best
