aright guys heres whats up... for christmas i want a video camera.. i want something that is good quality, can handle skiing, and that is affordable.... any suggestions?

what is the price range? if you want like a 500-700 dollar cam get a panasonic 3ccd, if you want like a 1000 dollar cam then get a vx1000 or trv900

What is your idea of affordable?
most cameras in the 200-500 affordable range will produce somewhat comparable pictures.  you will see a good increase in quality when you step up the $$

anywhere from 200-500 i no its not much but... its what i have to work with

panasonic PV-GS 180 or 300. check cnet.com it'll give you some mad nice prices. i was gunna get it, but decided to get some skull candys, and save the rest for next year.
