Deleteing threads

i dont know about all of you but i would like it if there was a way for you, the creator of a thread to delete it once your question has been answered, it would get rid of a lot of the crap on here. anyone have any feelings about this? cause i know there are pleanty of threads that i have written as questions that have been answered then people keep posting on days and days later.

I disagree, other people might have the same question, and can search for the thread if it's already been created.  thats what the searchbar is for.
