Anyone else have this problem? Mine are delaminating from the sidewall on the base and topsheet. You can see the core and there all warped. Still wicked skis but the Delam seriously sucks. Considering i've skied them 6 months
i broke my vct's in 20 days last season, the guys at 4frnt seemed kind of like there were some issues with them maybe, but wouldnt flat out say it, the ski was sick minus a few top sheet errors, than the tip just bent straight up when i was straightlining this bowl and fell....kind of a bummer
i got last years MSP's in 180. They were delaminating after 2 1/2 months of riding, then i continued using them back here in Australia for our ski season.
i've had last years stl's for most of last season and this summer. probably got 50-60 days on them from park, rails, all mountain. they are starting to delam underfoot on the topsheet a little but im not suprised. its just what happens after a season of beating skis up.
i had the plaid STL's and they held up pretty nice... i did end up snapping the tail but i think any ski would have if it were in teh same crash... Then i got last years MSP's and they rode great... after about 2 months of use they are delaming under foot...and the base/edge is coming off under foot. i mean i do ski pretty hard but all that after not even 2 full months of use...
