what is the closest thing i can get i had invaders last year... (they are in really rough shape)
so im gettin a new pair of skis... i was gona go anthems cuz i skied on some pocketrockets last year and enjoyed the wider base...
what is a good soft ski with a wide base.

the fischer addicts bases arent that wide (85) but they are the same idea as the invaders and the anthems with perfect symmetry . i just got myself a pair and they kick ass.

yes, the answer to this is last year's ARV, without question. They have a 95 mm waist, are very soft and light and perform pretty well all over, but especially well in park. Done.

They aren't nearly as soft or cheap, but the 4frnt MSP's are super versitile. They are a tone af fun and have lots of life thanks to a maple core, which is the same that the anthem had. But the MSP are a good bit stiffer.

I'm not going to chime in and say the ARV since it's been said 100 times over.
But, you said it yourself, a pocket rocket could do the trick.The thing is a noodle, a wider base, and can perform in the park.

Crappy thing about pocket rocket/gun is that they are foam core. They start nice but turn into dead ski, rocker camber sticks in notime, are crappy to ski on, and have no resale value to anyone who knows anything.

the msp is SUCH a differnt ski than the anthems. i will agree they are a killer ski, but they are too fucking heavy to be throwing around in the park. would not want that as a 1 ski quiver.

Yah....sure.
The PR is a noodle because of the foam core. Some people love them some people hate them. Im not campaigning for the ski, it's just an option that fits.
