switch is harder on a board. but you can see where youre going. and once you learn to ride switch, its alot easier.

sorry but skiing switch is deff harder, snowboardin its liek learning how to snowboard all over again, however skiing its liek learning how to ski all over again with half the vision

i would be scared with all of you skiing switch...majority think you can't see as well skiing switch, skiing switch you can see just as well as skiing forwards, but whatever, keep practicin.

You've got to admit taking off and landing, especially in pow, switch is easier on a snowboard
i would defeneitely have to agree with this guy because i snowboard and ski and i know hitting backcountry kickers on skis is much harder but i dont know they both are hard what does it really matter what is harder

Maybe it just depends on the type of person you are. I find going backwards easier than going sideways reg or goofy. With boarding you have to change your stance and the way you turn. With skiing you have to look over your shoulder and avoid turning, while changing your balance. Skiing switch looks more impressive generally, but watching a boarder go from natural to switch during a run also looks tight.
