Skis (model and size) and Bindings

That's the max, but I'd hate to max out. What do you suggest?
-5'11'ish
-150ish
-All mountain but looking to really get into urban and the park more of course
-I live on the East Coast
-This is a fun sport
-like pop durability and lightness... speed - meh it's alright,

i would say the 175 trouble makers this year thier buttery durable because the have the enforced edges and fat enough to ski some east coast pow on

personally like the fujatives alot this year. look and rossi make good bindings. just dont get salomon their springs are annoying to work with. 1400 is a shitload of money howd you score that much of a budjet?

and get the px12 lifters they will help with your carving if you get your bindings mounted further than reccomended

triplets with the ffg bindings.

for boots, go to a good shop and try all teh freestyle boots and get the one that fits you better.

I'd get a salomon package possibly but the scractch wrs bc or fs would be nice, oh The ar6 would also be a good choice, get spk boots if you can and a pivot binding from look or rossi preferibly.

Scratch FS WRS or Volkl Karmas would be best for you... for bindings go with Rossignol or Look... although I think when you get Volkls they usually like you on marker bindings. I personally am not a fan of marker bindings cause ive seen them explode too many times... Boots totally depend on what fits you the best, but the Salomon SPK's and the Rossi Scratch boots both look good this year... also if you could find a pair of the 1080 boots left over they're awesome. Coming from someone who has dedicated the last 7 seasons of his life helping people spend their money on ski stuff, You gotta let me help you spend your money on ski stuff!

I can you dialed for a parkalicious setup and a ice coast big mountain rig no problem with that much cash.

175cm '07 Trouble Maker $399 (at your weight the 175 is better than the 182 for sure and it will spin and rail way better for urban.

PX12 Jib to match the TMs $190

This park setup will be stiff enough to all mountain ski well on and great for park riding in the east.

Assuming you want to step up your big mountain skills you'l need a fairly stiff pow ski that will hold an edge and eat icy crud for breakfast. I'd suggest...

But so far all I've gotten is just people saying what, but not why. If you guys wouldn't mind saying why you'd set a person like me on that setup instead of just "get this because I like this brand" it'd be greatly appreciated.

Oh and I think I've got some shitters so I'm covered for urban, but I'm still gonna hit rails and everything else in the parks and on the hill. Don't know if this changes aanything, but if it does your advice is greatly appreciated.

chronic blends would probably be nice. they are pretty stiff, and have tons of pop, and are relatively light. and the 90 waist would give you float in the all mtn but still manageable in the park

so if I counted the number of suggestions right now the triplets have it by one or two over the karmas over the TM's. But I'm skeptical, after all look at the 2004 election. It'd be really helpful if anyone who's ridden one or more of the skis that are being suggested could compare or contrast some of the differences rather than just copy and pasting what's on the manufacturer website. -Speed?
+fast/slow?
+dampness?
-Durability?
+warranteed for rails?
+soft/hard base?
+edges?

Keep in mind I'm skiing EC groomers/sometimes icy but always hard snow and dicking around in the park for a few(3-4) hours here and there
