You cant just say that because thats what other people are saying about the word. Sure it may not be a slur when used as a specific noun (Whats up nigga!?!) that refers to a specic concenting indivigual. But when it is used the generalise a group negativly(Dumb niggers) it is always and will always be a racial slur.

But yeah the video was great.
