Ordering scratch sprayer fs

hey im gonna order the scratch sprayer FS from rossigonol soon. Im 5'6 and 130 so im gonna go with the 168. I'm gonna order from untracked.com with the axial 2 120 bindings. there are 3 standard mounting points i can get which are Standard all mountain, modern park/freestyle and core center. Im not sure if i should go with modern which is +3.5 or core which is +7. I ski around 50/50 park/all mountain. should i ask for like +4 or +5?
