Dude, there's some bomb solutions to this problem out there. My favorites are rollerblade shock absorbers like the six won six and the one I use is the USD shock absorber.
dude that sucks i did that last year. I wouldent wait for it to heal and I kept making it worse. I had to land everything switch for the whole season. It wasent good again until a couple of months after the season was over. Try to take it easy for a while or your gonna end up messing up ur whole season intead of just a little bit of it.
bruising a heel never had that, but i cracked the growth plates in both my heels pretty much every year, sucks so much but yea all i do for that is ice, elevate and i got orthopedics
