Switch ups

i was hitin a rail yesterday and trying switch ups
i can do natrual and unatrual slide pretty good
but i had trouble doin switch ups
any tips

dont stop your momentum from getting on the rail so your skis start to point uphill and then turn your shoulders so your facing up hill and just pop and turn

if you come on the rail switch then its easier cuz you got momentum in your favor already.

easier to do the rotation on a kinked rail but might slip out on landing smashing ur hip on the rail causing much pain
