Heh...aight Noob, thanks for the love. LSS is good, I'd say its second or third best this year, but by a LONG shot. Nobody combined BC booters, urban, pow, park, sick riders, movie length and killer soundrack like Corduroy. I'm a person that appreciates all aspects of skiing, not just a single part or all the faggot gangsta steeze....I like that many of the riders seem like a crew that really likes to hang out on and off the mountain together, like myself and my buds. It captures what skiing really is, FUN.
I liked lss and push better. Lss had a dec soundtrack I thought and sick skiing. Push had the best filming ever on that jump in the extras. Corduroy was good, but I thought it had a lot of boring bc shots. Sammys seg and johns seg were both sick, but other than that I thought corduroy was just dec.
Corduroy was definitely a solid flick this year. As soon as I saw the trailor I knew it was gonna be dope. Rage right now, is like what Level 1 was when they were making Strike 3 and High 5.
I really liked LSS too, but Corduroy just had a better feel in my opinion.
Way to go Rage, you have my support for years to come.
The jump at whistler I believe. It was like an end of the year sesh and the heli got some sick shots of skiers and boarders.
I dont know how y ou could have missed it. Its the only extra in Push.
And I'm a person who appreciates content in a ski movie and the use of a camera. I didn't say anything about "gangsta steeze" or LSS being the best movie this year, much less would I go so far as to call anyone a faggot; I'm just saying that you are misrepresenting the film (subjectively or not) as being anywhere close to the best movie this year. I don't see how you can say that all of Rage's riders are a 'crew' when the film seems like a poor mix of athletes without solid footage or any apparent relationship to eachother. Regardless of how much you like the feel of the movie, the skiing and the filming are simply not on par. If you knew shit, you'd be able to see this.
How is the Kreitler footage? And please, no idiotic "it was boring because it was big mountain comments." It would be nice to hear an opinion from someone who appreciates big mountain segments. Kreitler's shots in Waiting Game were just about my favorite out of any movie last year.
