on the salomon s810tis there is a silver plastic piece on the base and i was just wondering if it was needed or can i take it out to be closer to my ski look at the picture and help if u can plz and thankyou

no its not needed its just a lifter unless it doesent come off then i guess its a built in lifter

bump who has taken the lifter out and had them mounted without the spacer?

yeah, you just need shorter screws, or just grind them down

take em off if u ride hard or are heavy ull prob crack em there like cheap plastic
