How far behind centre is it on a pair of 180 KGBs? I need to know so I can tell them where to mount center and explain that it is x cm infront of this line.
Thanks

8cm? Its more around 2.5cm infront of cab forward, I just wanted to know if anyone knew exactly or could confirm that it is 2.5cm infront of the foward stance.

^ how to interpret that:
everything is in millimetres. so take the running length, which is the number 1525 (152.5 cm), divided by 2, which is 76.25 cm, then subtract 71.5cm (the distance to the normal mounting point) from that. you end up with 4.75 cm. I am pretty certain that's where the center is from the mounting point, but I'm not entirely sure. you should measure it to be sure.

I just measured and I'm pretty sure 2.5cm infront of foward is center. 4.75cm is definetely not center. Also on my 180 SB's dead center is marked and 2.5cm behind that cab foward is marked.

I had to mark my own SBs when i had them, they weren't marked
maybe the new ones are
you are most likely measuring wrong. you have to measuure running surface.

Directly from Liberty,
The mounting on the KGBs and on the SBs is slightly different because of the
type of ski and sidecut we use. Cab forward on the KGBs is actually
slightly further to the rear than on the SBs. Center on the SBs is truly
center and the rearmost mark on them is closer to the Standard mark on the
KGBs. If you really like your skis center mounted, then mount the KGBs 2.5
cm in front of the "forward " mark. If you want them slightly more geared
toward standard riding, then go right on the "forward" mark. If you want
them mostly for non-park riding, then mount them back toward the "standard"
line.
So Center is 2.5cm infront of the foward mark if anyone else is wondering.
All times are Eastern (-5)
