K2 AK Enemy 06/07... any good?

Hi. I'm thinking of maybe buying the K2 AK Enemy 06/07...
I've heard that they are amazing in powder, but do they suck in the park?
I do 360's with my old skies, but they are very short and light... The K2 Enemy are very heavy, will that make alot of damage to my spinning, or will it just be a extra week training before I learn to use the K2 as well as my old pair?
Any thoughts?

if you're planning on spending >25% of your time in the park, i wouldn't get ak enemy. say what % you'll be skiing where and how big/heavy you are so people can give real advice...

why would you buy the enemy and then ask how it skis in park?? its obviously not as good as a park ski considering it is a powder ski....

I think the 179 AK Enemy would be a super fun park ski as long as you don't try to spin really fast. But then again, I hate riding anything under 90mm for park.....or anywhere.

it will do fine for some park skiing lots of cats like a wider platform in the park makes for easy rails and boxes and landings the downside is spinning is much slower the AK enemy is a great all around ski if your skiing west of the mississippi deff go for it so many cats hatin on the wider shit but its wear the industry is goin if your skiin pow you deff wan't somethin wider then the AK thats why the pontoon is out so ya its the shit!

^The above COULD have useful information... if only I didn't have to read it as a REALLY long sentence...

Word, fat skis are where it's at. But maybe the Seth is a better option for park + all over the mountain use.

I've ridden my 189 made'ns in park a bunch of times. so much fun on jumps. You land and don't even feel it.

minnesota is west of the mississippi, and they'd suck balls there.

Your dumb. Any ski is light when you lift it. But the AK is actually a pretty heavy ski.

The Ak Enemy is a great powderski and for 360 its enough anyway, if you want to spin fast you need a park ski but have a look at andy mahre, he skis his Enemys everywhere. As an Allmountain Ski I would prefer the seths but they arent that good in real deep powder!
But definately go for fat skis, they are much more fun.

I think they'd be an awful big mountain ski, they're designed for powder. However, this thread is super old so any posts in it are irrelevant for the thread creator.
