Changing avatar?

how do i change my avatar from the one i have now? i tried to do it but wen i uploaded the new one nothing happened. it said something about deleting old icon or something but then nothing happened.

my ns> member icon> Brose(select a icon that is lower or equal to 6k)> upload icon

basicly make sure is less then 6k

i got it figured out. it just delayed a lot. i logged on today and i have the icon that i set last nite. thanks tho.

in the future, when it says deleting old icon. wait like two seconds, then refresh the page and youll see the new icon

i did that but it didnt do anything. thats why i put this up? i was on for about an hour after trying to change it last nite and it didnt change through that whole time.
