Need iTunes help, wont start up.

Ok when i try to start up iTunes i get "itunes cannot run because it has detected a problem with your audio configuration" well HELP!? anyone know what to do i checked the apple website and tryed some stuff and it didnt work, and i tryed uninstalling and installing mulitple times.
