Hey, i was wondering how i can make pictures a smaller file size without losing the size of the picture?

optimize it and/or save it as a gif file. optimize it by reducing the number of colours

can u optimize it on photoshop? if so how?

If you save it as a jpeg you can just save it as lower quality and it will pixelate. The smaller the filesize the more pixelation.

Photoshop has a save for web feature I believe that can be quite helpful. If it isn't photoshop its imageready.
